10 Old Concrete Title Textures

Yesterday I was looking through a pile of old concrete tiles and found some nice pieces to make textures out of. In this pack there are 10 high-resolution images above 2000px at 300dpi. This was kind of a challenge for me because these photos where taken with out a tripod and with a small hand-held fluorescent light.

I-Beam Rust And Paint, 2 Textures

These images are of an old bridge i-beam. I plan on returning on a nice sunny day and taking more pictures. Lots of good stuff out there! I was planing on posting a few more free textures but the other images didn’t turn out very good. I had no tripod with me so pretty much everything turned out blurry.

Here are 25 free wood textures! All images are 2500×1667. Feel free to use these for both personal and commercial projects. I lied… the 25th image is pegboard, don’t be hatin on me now. The plywood photos are going to be fun to use on my next grunge project.

10 Free Water Images

I took these at my family’s pool on Wednesday. Some of the shadowing looks really cool. I did have to use the good ol’ spot healer to get rid of some pine needles, anyway I think they turned out pretty nice. I might tinker around in Photoshop and see if I can make something out of them.

Long-exposure photography is great for blurring, smearing, or obscuring moving elements. Looking around though flicker trying to find a cool wallpaper I stumbled across some really neat long exposure shots!

I am building some new Photoshop brushes out of some images of roses that I took a while back. I tested the first one out on a black background and was very happy with the look of it so I made it my wallpaper.

A few weeks ago I was walking though my Grandpa’s hayfield and decided to take a few close ups of the huge dandelions. We have a love-hate relationship with them hehe! Anyway I thought they made for some cool desktop wallpapers!!
