This was built with the concrete textures that I posted about a month ago.

This background is dark and grungy, just the way I like it. You can easily edit the PSD and change colors, size, quality etc. I also tossed in a ready to use compressed image in the zip file.

Recommended CSS for this:

background: #000 url(IMAGE-URL-HERE) top center no-repeat;

Some of the shadowing looks really cool. I did have to use the good ol’ spot healer to get rid of some pine needles, anyway I think they turned out pretty nice. I might tinker around in Photoshop and see if I can make something out of them.

I am all about simple, clean desktop wallpaper. It’s funny how my taste changes. I remember when I couldn’t get enough of photo wallpaper.
