		<description>This rainbow over San Fransisco is utterly amazing! The colors of the town look so vibrant and crisp, it makes me wonder if it was enhanced.  The guy didn&#039;t say, which makes me assume it was natural.  The rain falling down over the rainbow looks SO SURREAL!  I will NEVER live down that perfectly circular rainbow I saw over the Columbia River, but missed the shot as I did NOT have my camera!  Oh, I want to cry.</description>
