The colors of the town look so vibrant and crisp, it makes me wonder if it was enhanced. The guy didn't say, which makes me assume it was natural. The rain falling down over the rainbow looks SO SURREAL! I will NEVER live down that perfectly circular rainbow I saw over the Columbia River, but missed the shot as I did NOT have my camera!
