I first saw this over at WPelements and loved it. So I decided to show you how I put together cool looking tooltips for one of my friends sites. Tooltips come in handy when you want to add a cool hover effect with information in a small box to links, content areas like posts and in this case thumbnail images.
I have been so busy with my real job that I hardly have any time to build themes. Well today I had some extra time so I built a very basic theme out of one of my War pictures that I posted a couple days ago. This 3 column theme is built with CSS and Photoshop. The way its built it could be easily modded for any CMS like Wordpress etc. Again its free so I hope you enjoy it! All I ask is for you to leave my link in the footer.
I was downtown the other day and thought I would snap some pictures of these neat war paintings. These wall paintings are located in Vancouver WA right behind the Hilton and the new Columbian news paper building. If you are ever in Portland OR just head north across the river and take a look at these, they are beautiful! I did a small amount of editing with Photoshop to bring out more colors.
